Brian is the Operational Manager for the Cow Creek Tribes utility and construction company for the Umpqua Indian Utility Cooperative (UIUC). Brian has been with the Tribe since 2007, he is a civil engineer registered in Oregon, as well as registered general contractor in Oregon. Brian has over thirteen years of experience in land development engineering and design build construction projects. He has managed numerous Tribal construction projects within and outside the utility.

Brian graduated from California State University, Chico with a B.S., Civil Engineering. Prior to working for the Tribe, Brian was a consulting civil engineer in California. Currently Brian is responsible for oversight/management of UIUC, including wastewater and potable water plants, operations of multiple pump/lift stations, and the operations of high voltage electrical lines the Tribe owns and operates.
