Born and raised in Oregon, Lacy completed pre-requisites at Oregon State University before earning a Bachelor of Science in Radiation Therapy from Oregon Health & Science University. Lacy moved with her husband to Roseburg in 2011 and they enjoy showing their son and daughter all the amazing experiences Southern Oregon has to offer.
